Thursday 11 November

Join with the Greater Austin Council-Navy League to kick off the weekend.  
Navy League Dinner and Program.  TBD.

Friday 12 November

Golf Outing. For those of you interested in a reunion golf outing, we will have a plan but you have to plan on being in Austin Thursday night so we can play Friday morning.

Parties-UT NROTC Alumni Dinner.

TheUT NROTC Alumni Dinner is usually held at the Austin Country Club with cocktails at 1830, followed by dinner at 1900.

Class of ’69 Gathering. The Class of 69 needs to get their act together.  Who is in charge?

Informal Gathering. All year-group class members may also gather at Scholz Garten (1607 San Jacinto) at 1900 for
socializing.

Saturday 26 September 
Parking-We will have a parking plan by late October.

Board of Directors Meeting. The board will meet but we don't know where yet..

 Alumni Reunion Business Meeting. 0930-1130, We usually have a multi-media presentation. The morning business meeting is the main reunion event.  It will provide an opportunity to learn of all the latest unit activities, plans, achievements, etc.  The highlight will be the scholarships by the Midshipmans Foundation. It is a great opportunity to meet with Midshipmen, staff, and alumni. Tickets that have been ordered for the football game will also be distributed at the meeting.

Dinner-Reunion BBQ. The start of the game will determine our agenda.  Watch the August newsletter and this site for news and changes to these plans. The cost for the BBQ is usually about $20 per head. Reservations should be made on your Reunion Registration Form.

Football Game: Oklahoma State vs. Texas. Tickets were $85 last year. You can reserve your tickets on the Reunion Registration Form.

 Sunday 27 September

 Breakfast.  At 0800, an informal breakfast will be held at Cisco’s on East 6th Street. You may show up at your convenience, but the earlier the better, so you can see your friends one more time before they hit the road!

The group rate is $129 per night (senior rate of $125.15 per night may be available) plus 15% tax for 1-2 adults in a king suite or 2-doubles suite. If you want to book a room at the same group rate for any nights outside of Thu night thru Sat night, you have to call in your reservation. Check the multiple amenities via the reservation site (including indoor heated pool) - hotel was just renovated 11/2 years ago - complimentary hot breakfast and mangers reception daily.
